Prior to your first visit, you will receive a phone call from a member of our front-office team, as well as a welcome letter. Your letter will include a health history form that you can fill out and bring to your appointment. Other new patient forms are available online.
During your dental visit, you will meet with the doctor for a discussion of your concerns and a comprehensive exam of your teeth and soft tissues. The doctor will evaluate each element of your smile. You will receive a potentially life-saving oral cancer screening, a check of your periodontal condition, and a tooth-by-tooth inspection. A series of digital X-rays and intraoral photographs will give us a complete picture of your oral health. We will review our findings with you, provide a treatment plan and together, determine the next steps.
When possible, the hygienist will clean your teeth at your initial visit.
Please take a moment to print and complete your new patient forms prior to your first visit. Bring them with you to your appointment, and we will enter the information into our system.
